Among the remarkable benefits of IBSB is the global network of alumni. The program lasts two years but marks the beginning of a lifetime association. Students at IBS automatically get enrolled into the strong alumni network. The IBS Alumni Federation (IBSAF), established in 1997, works towards strengthening bonds among students. There has been continual growth in the network, not only in the numbers but also in the alumni's level of involvement and participation. It is a strong community of more than 50,000 alumni. A National Alumni Meet was conducted across India to celebrate this milestone in November 2019. Our alumni form a strong network of managers currently pursuing fast-track careers with companies in India and abroad.
IBS conducts a knowledge sharing session for its alumni, a day program. These sessions are on trending topics of the year.
The years look brighter with more and more alumni expressing willingness to connect with their alma mater and participate in activities. The alumni have been involved in many critical activities of IBS Bangalore. Their involvement ranges from facilitating internship opportunities to conducting internship evaluations, doing mock interviews, and participating in sports and other extracurricular activities.
There is a lot of fun and frolic in the alumni dinner meets over cocktails 🍸 and conversations 🗣️.
